Grace Announces Release Date for Second Quarter 2013 Results

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYS: GRA) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2013 financial results at 6:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 25, 2013. A company-hosted conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. ET that day.

During the call, Fred Festa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hudson La Force, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the second quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. A question and answer session with analysts will follow the prepared remarks.
