A recognized expert in the development of field sales tools, Schultenover was the creative force behind ViSalus' "The Challenge" magazine, and created the award winning Vi-Anthem video.

Additionally, Schultenover was the owner and president of 360e, an award-winning virtual brand agency providing brand strategy and creative direction for several fast-growing, direct-selling companies like Arbonne, Jafra and others in the health, beauty and fitness categories. He also earned a reputation for connecting brands to consumers from his work as a senior executive producer at the largest experiential marketing agency—Jack Morton Worldwide. There he leveraged a wide variety of mediums including events, product showcases, experience design, marketing communications, mobile marketing and videos to engage consumers for marquee clients like Sara Lee, Intel, CBS, Amgen, Mazda, Hyundai and Merle Norman Cosmetics.
