Agilysys Introduces Insight Mobile Manager Application
Mobile Dashboard Application Gives Hoteliers an Instant Overview of Property
ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Agilysys, Inc. (NAS: AGYS) , a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions and services, today introduced the Agilysys Insight Mobile Manager application. The solution can be seen at HITEC 2013 in Minneapolis.
Insight Mobile Manager is a mobile dashboard application that allows hotel managers to view key information about the property quickly and easily from a mobile device. The application contains panels of strategically organized data elements, including arrivals, departures, VIPs, total guests, rooms, house status, housekeeping, revenue, groups, group rooms remaining and reservation summary. Users simply tap on each panel to drill down and obtain more detailed information.
The solution's user-focused design allows information to be presented in a variety of layouts, and the application can be programmed to refresh automatically or on demand. The dashboard also can be filtered according to several criteria, such as property, building or wing, which enables a more in-depth view of activity. The application will be fully integrated with all Agilysys property management systems and will access the user credentials and security protocols established in the PMS host to streamline system management. Insight Mobile Manager is supported by iPad®, iPhone® and iPod touch® mobile devices as well as Android phones.

The Insight Mobile Manager solution, initially designed for use with the Agilysys Lodging Management System® (LMS) property management solution, will be available later this summer. By the end of the year, the solution will be available for use with the Agilysys Visual One™ property management system; and, in 2014, available for use with the company's next-generation property management solution.
