Donald J. Kintzer Joins CABC Board of Directors
LAFAYETTE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- California Bank of Commerce (OTCBB: CABC), a unique business bank serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, announced today the appointment of Mr. Donald J. Kintzer to serve on the Bank's board of directors.

Mr. Kintzer is currently associated with Korora Partners, a Silicon Valley based executive mentoring and business advisory firm. He is a retired partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Prior to his retirement from PwC, after an association of over 31 years, he was the Leader of PwC's West Region Advisory practice, including the San Francisco/Silicon Valley markets and was a member of PwC's national leadership team. Mr. Kintzer has worked with companies in various industries including financial services, general manufacturing, technology and healthcare.

Mr. Kintzer is a member of the Boards of Governors of Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC and Los Alamos National Security, LLC and chairs the Boards' Ethics & Audit Committees. He serves on the West Coast Advisory Council for Lafayette College (Easton, PA) and is on the Forensic Advisory Board for Golden Gate University's School of Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and the California Society of CPAs.
He also serves as a volunteer and member (vice chair) of the Board of Directors with Faith Network of the East Bay, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on assisting disadvantaged students and families in the Oakland (CA) Unified School District.
