Zep Inc. Declares Dividend
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zep Inc. (NYSE: ZEP) , a leading consumable chemical packaged goods company, is pleased to announce that at its meeting yesterday, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 cents per common share. The dividend is payable August 1, 2013 to stockholders of record on July 17, 2013.
