Patrick M. Crahan, Senior Vice President, Announces Retirement

DUBUQUE, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Following 30 years of dedicated service in various leadership roles, Patrick M. Crahan, Senior Vice President of Flexsteel Industries, Inc., has announced his retirement from the company effective June 30, 2013. He will continue to serve on the Board of Directors following his retirement.

Mr. Crahan began his career with Flexsteel as a Corporate Accounting Manager. He was promoted to General Manager, then named a Vice President in 1989, and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2005. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997. Prior to joining Flexsteel, he was a Partner at Frank Mooney, CPA and VP Finance at California Natural Foods, both based in California.
