It doesn't get much wilder than Netflix's incredible ride over the last three years. Having seen the highest highs and some nasty lows, its shares have been on an absolute tear so far in 2013 on the back of some prescient moves from its management team. The company has both developed and executed beautifully on its plans on winning over the long-term.
