TD Ameritrade Hosts Free Investor Education Day; Shows Investors New Ways to Diversify
June 26 event includes 7 free webcasts on timely investing topics; open to public
Industry pros from Morningstar Associates, S&P Capital IQ and Wharton School of Business to Share Insights and Strategies
OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The bull market may be creating new potential opportunities for today's investors, and TD Ameritrade1 is hosting a free education day on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, to help investors get their education on track. Well-known experts from across the industry will share objective insights to help investors examine their portfolios in current market conditions and consider what they might expect over the longer term.
The one-day event will feature webcasts on a variety of insights - from the state of the economy and market outlook to real estate investments and managed income solutions. The event is open to the public and will begin at 11 a.m. EDT and conclude at 9 p.m. EDT, with each webinar lasting about an hour. Investors can opt to attend all of the sessions or pick and choose based on their needs.
"The market has taken investors on quite a ride over the past month or so, and while it may have created new opportunities, it also leaves many investors with questions about what to do with their portfolios. The more investors know about what's going on in the market, the better prepared they are to make confident investment decisions," said Tom Bradley, president of retail distribution for TD Ameritrade.
