SED International's Kari Stevison Recognized by CRN as One of the Top Women of the Channel

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SED International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: SED), today announced that Kari Stevison, Director Corporate Marketing has been recognized by UBM Tech Channel's CRNas one of the top Women of the Channel. CRN's annual list recognizes nearly 300 female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors and solution providers for their accomplishments over the past year, and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward. This year's Women of the Channel were chosen by the editors of CRN based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel. These women represent a changing trend in a traditionally male dominated industry.

Kari Stevison has over 13 years in the channel and close to 7 years at SED. Kari has spent the last 4 years as Director of Marketing and was recently promoted to Director of Corporate Marketing and head of the marketing department at SED. Kari's current priorities include creating marketing strategies around realignment of SED's fundamental core competencies in IT Storage, Small Business IT Solutions, Retail and Ecommerce Fulfilment and Touch Interface Technology.

"We honor and congratulate this list of influential women who are dedicated to supporting the mission of the channel," said Robert Faletra, CEO of UBM Tech Channel. "For years, we have identified and celebrated the women who have made an indelible mark on the technology industry through unmatched innovation and razor focus on meeting the needs of the IT channel community."

"Kari is an influential thought leader who has been absolutely instrumental in defining and helping to implement our strategic vision at SED. She recognizes the power of collaboration and works tirelessly with our valued vendor partners to drive creative marketing solutions to best enable the channel community. We are very proud of Kari's accomplishments and recognition in the channel," said Derrek Hallock, SED's Sr. Vice President, Consumer & Commercial Divisions.

A special feature of the Women of the Channel is in the June issue of CRN magazine, in addition to expanded coverage of The 100 Most Powerful Women of the Channel, which will be featured online at www.crn.com.
