Park Electrochemical Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

Printed-circuit materials maker Park Electrochemicalannounced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Aug. 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 5. The materials maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since at least 1993. It paid a special dividend of $2.50 per share in February.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.6% based on the closing price of Park Electrochemical's stock on June 18.
