L-3 Comms Keeps Dividend Steady

Updated

L-3 Communications isn't wasting any time setting up its next shareholder distribution. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, to be paid on September 16 to shareholders of record as of August 19. That amount matches both of the firm's previous two distributions, the most recent of which was handed out only two days ago. Prior to those disbursements, L-3 paid $0.50 per share.

The firm has been a consistent and reliable dividend payer since launching such distributions in early 2004. From that time, its quarterly payout has grown from $0.10 to the present level.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $2.20 per share. That yields 2.6% at L-3's current stock price of $86.17.
