Globecomm Awarded Various Infrastructure Contracts Valued at $5.3 Million

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Globecomm Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: GCOM) , a leading communications solutions provider, today announced that the Company has been awarded various infrastructure contracts valued at $5.3 million.

Under the terms set forth in the contracts, Globecomm will provide a Direct-To-Home (DTH) uplink system for a major Asian DTH operator and a disaster recovery system for a foreign government customer. Globecomm anticipates the completion of these contracts by the Company's fiscal year 2014 second quarter ending December 31, 2013.
