Fulton Financial Keeps Dividend Steady

Financial holding company Fulton Financialannounced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.08 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 14% from $0.07 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 1. The financial holding company has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1986.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.32-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.8% based on the closing price of Fulton Financial's stock on June 18.
