Consolidated Water Declares Q3 Dividend
Consolidated Water is keeping its shareholder payout taps open. The company has declared a dividend of $0.075 per share for its Q3. This will be paid on July 31 to shareholders of record as of July 1. That amount matches each of the firm's previous quarterly distributions stretching back to late 2009. Prior to that, Consolidated Water handed out $0.065 per share.
The firm is a steady and consistent dividend payer, although it rarely increases its distribution. Since October 2005, it has only done so twice.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.30 per share. That yields 2.7% at Consolidated Water's current stock price of $10.99.
