DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pioneer Natural Resources Company ("Pioneer") (NYSE: PXD) today announced its second quarter 2013 earnings press release is scheduled to be issued after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, July 31, 2013.
