(Nasdaq: APEI) - parent company of online learning provider American Public University System, which operates through American Military University and American Public University - plans to release second quarter 2013 results before the open of U.S. financial markets on August 8, 2013.

A live webcast of its second quarter 2013 earnings conference call will be broadcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, August 8, 2013.
