Reports to Stephen Pelletier who will become chief executive officer, Prudential Group Insurance


NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lori Dickerson Fouché has joined Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYS: PRU) in the new role of president and chief operating officer of Prudential's Group Insurance business. In this role, Fouché will have overall responsibility for the life, disability and voluntary product offerings, sales and account management, as well as service delivery and marketing. She will report to Stephen Pelletier, who has headed the business since 2012 as president and will become CEO, Prudential Group Insurance.

With over 20 years of insurance industry experience, Fouché most recently served as president and CEO of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Allianz SE.

Prior to joining Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Fouché worked for Chubb for several years in various roles, rising to the rank of senior vice president in Chubb Specialty Insurance. She earned a Masters in Business Administration at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Princeton University.
