NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xerox (XRX) has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the 'Challengers' Quadrant of its 2013 Magic Quadrant for E-Discovery Software report.1 Gartner's report represents an analysis of 23 global e-discovery software providers evaluated based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.

Corporate legal departments and law firms use Xerox Litigation Services and its full range of e-discovery solutions which includes cloud enabled managed services, document review technology and technology-assisted review, in-house managed review and all-in-one e-discovery software that can be deployed on premise or through the cloud.

"We believe our positioning in the Challenger's quadrant is a testament to Xerox's commitment to offering customers greater flexibility in meeting their e-discovery needs," said Randall Burrows, senior vice president and managing director of Xerox Litigation Services. "No matter the budget or existing infrastructure, we work with clients to structure solutions that are right for them, whether it's a full service cloud-based approach, a do-it-yourself on premise solution or a customized combination of both."

The 2012 acquisition of Lateral Data solidified Xerox's position in the e-discovery market by complementing the services, technology and consulting offerings of Xerox Litigation Services.
