WHAT: On June 17 at 7 a.m. CT, Cecile Alper-Leroux, vice president of product strategy and development at Ultimate Software, will outline how companies can leverage their workforce data as a strategic asset for the overall business. On June 18 at 10:45 a.m. CT, Theresa Treat, vice president of human resources at Flow International, will present proven methodologies for creating and building a unified program for global talent management. The presentation will outline how the HR team at Flow International, a rapidly expanding U.S.-based company, leveraged Ultimate Software's UltiPro solution to effectively manage the performance of its global workforce. Previously, Flow had been managing its international employee base using many different processes, more than a dozen systems, and multiple spreadsheets — creating a range of challenges for the HR team and the overall business.
