Mondelez Takes a Page Out of the Starbucks Playbook

Mondelez isn't too proud to back a rival.

The global food giant behind the Tassimo single-serve coffee platform announced on Monday that it was launching espresso capsules that are compatible with Nestle's Nespresso in key European markets. The move is somewhat similar to Starbucks expanding its deal with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters even after putting out its own single-serve coffee system last year.
