BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. (NAS: BPFH) today announced that in connection with the recently issued Series D Preferred Stock, which carries a 6.95% coupon, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend to holders of the Series D Preferred Stock of $11.19722 per share for the period April 17, 2013 to the record date May 15, 2013. The record date for this dividend is May 15, 2013, and the payment date is June 15, 2013.
