Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. Raises Its Regular Quarterly Dividend by 16.67%
HAYWARD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets Symbol: AMNF) today declared an increased regular quarterly dividend of $0.014 per share. This new level is an increase of 16.67% from the prior regular quarterly dividend amount of $0.012. The dividend will be payable on or about July 26, 2013 to shareholders of record July 1, 2013. This dividend will be the Company's 52nd consecutive regular quarterly dividend. In addition, the Company has had ten special dividends.

Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. is an international food company that manufactures and markets frozen Italian specialty food items such as pestos, sauces and filled pastas to the foodservice, retail, and industrial markets.
