Target Corporation Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend by 19 Percent

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Target Corporation (NYS: TGT) has declared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per common share, representing a 19.4 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 36 cents. The dividend is payable September 10, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 21, 2013. The 3rd quarter dividend will be the company's 184th consecutive dividend paid since October 1967 when the company became publicly held.
