DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Armada Oil, Inc. (OTCBB: AOIL) (the "Company"), an oil and gas exploration and production company, today announced that a Company awareness campaign has recently been initiated and as part of that effort, Company executives will be presenting on Thursday June 13, 2013 at Singular Research's Solstice Investment Conference being held in conjunction with the NYSE MKT in New York City this week. The NYSE MKT has joined forces with Singular Research to hold an investment conference dedicated to informing the investment community about undercovered/undiscovered companies currently listed or seeking listing on its exchange or other major exchanges. In addition, the Company will also be meeting with a number of private and institutional investors in an effort to raise awareness in the marketplace and also in support of a number of capital formation initiatives that are currently in progress.
