Rosen Law Firm Announces Investigation of Dole Food Company, Inc. in Connection with Its Going Private Proposal - DOLE
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Rosen Law Firm is investigating the Board of Directors of Dole (NAS: DOLE) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with a going private proposal from its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
