Mobile Triage Recognized for Best Technology Solution

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Assurant Solutions, a leading global provider of innovative mobile protection, is a finalist in the 14th annual Call Center Excellence Awards. The company's Mobile Services business was honored in the "Best Technology Solution Provider" category for its Mobile Triage technical support solution.

The Mobile Triage technical support solution provides consumers with the ability to troubleshoot and repair common problems with their mobile devices, including identifying and uninstalling malware apps. It also features a mobile client that detects pending problems and offers proactive alerts so action can be taken before problems occur.

Last year, Assurant Solutions was named a finalist in the category of "Creating a Culture that Inspires World-class Excellence." Call center innovations such as the service contract industry's first mobile application and the customizable, fully-featured web solutions for customer self-service were also identified for delivering call center excellence.

The annual Call Center Excellence Awards honor and promote the most innovative call center solutions and management and are evaluated and chosen by a panel of call center leaders and customer management analysts. Competition includes call centers from a variety of industries and companies around the country. Winners will be announced June 12, 2013 in Las Vegas at the annual Call Center Week luncheon.
