Sunrise Telecom Closes Sale of Headquarters Building
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sunrise Telecom® Incorporated (OTC: SRTI), today announced that it has closed on the sale of its headquarters building at 302 Enzo Drive, San Jose, Calif., to an investor group named 302 Enzo Drive, LLC.
The building consists of approximately 91,000 square feet located in South San Jose. 302 Enzo Drive, LLC, completed the purchase of the property for $6.3 million in cash and the transaction included a leaseback by Sunrise Telecom for approximately 27 percent of the property on a short-term lease. Karen Chin and Joyce Cunningham of Cassidy Turley represented the buyers.
