Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. Declares Second Quarter 2013 Dividends
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (the "Company") (NYS: HPP) announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.125 per share for the second quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2013 to stockholders of record on June 20, 2013.
In addition, the Board of Directors also declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2013 on its 8.375% Series B Cumulative Preferred Stock of $0.52344 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2013 to stockholders of record on June 20, 2013.
