Chatham Lodging Sets June Dividend
Luxury, extended-stay hotel operator Chatham Lodging Trustannounced this morning its dividend for the month of June of $0.07 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past five months after switching over to a monthly payment schedule.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 26 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The real estate investment trust switched from a quarterly payout schedule to a monthly one in December. It also raised the annual dividend 5% at the time.
The regular dividend payment equates to an $0.84-per-share annual dividend, yielding 4.7% based on the closing price of Chatham Lodging Trust stock on June 7.
