CACI Awarded Position as Prime Contractor on Cumulative Value (Ceiling) $899 Million Multiple-Award Contract to Provide Business and Force Support to U.S. Navy

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has been selected as one of 15 prime contractors on a multiple-award contract that provides Business and Force Support (BFS) services for the U.S. Navy. With an anticipated cumulative ceiling value of $899 million, this five-year (one base year plus four one-year options, if exercised) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple-award contract is one of multiple full and open "Pillar" contracts that will support the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions associated with full system lifecycle support of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic Business Portfolios. This new work further expands CACI's presence in its C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance), Business Systems, Cyber, and Enterprise IT market areas.

Under the BFS multiple-award contract, CACI will support the Navy's ability to execute mission-essential business operations and other business and force support functions by developing, delivering, and supporting systems and applications. CACI will provide full lifecycle development and deployment of information dominance-enabling systems such as logistics, travel, financial, training, and medical systems.

CACI's qualifications for this work include its ISO® 9001:2008 certification and assessment at the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI®-DEV) Level 3. These internationally accepted quality management systems benefit the U.S. Navy by assuring that projects are executed successfully and that processes are documented, repeatable, and measured. CACI has also received two other SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic full and open awards under the Battlespace Awareness and Decision Superiority Portfolios.

John Mengucci, CACI's Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, "CACI values the U.S. Navy as a customer and is pleased to be chosen to provide these important systems support services on our third SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic Pillar contract. We will continue to leverage our proven C4ISR capabilities to rapidly deliver and support solutions that enable information dominance for Naval, Joint, National, and Coalition forces."

According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury, "This new work in business and force support is an integral part of our growth strategy to secure large contract vehicles that capitalize on our wide range of capabilities. It further positions us to expand our footprint in the high-volume C4ISR market area while at the same time helping our customers to fulfill their most critical missions."

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian clients. A member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies and the Russell 2000 Index, CACI provides dynamic careers for approximately 15,000 employees working in over 120 offices worldwide. Visit www.caci.com.
