Tessera Technologies Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tessera Technologies, Inc. (NAS: TSRA) (the "Company") today announced the voting results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held June 7, 2013, in San Jose, California.
The Company's stockholders elected Tudor Brown, John Chenault, George Cwynar, Peter A. Feld, Richard S. Hill, Thomas Lacey, George A. Riedel, Christopher A. Seams, Donald E. Stout, and Timothy J. Stultz to the Board of Directors for terms ending upon the 2014 annual stockholders meeting.
The Company's stockholders also approved the amendment and restatement of the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and the Company's International Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
In addition, the Company's stockholders approved the compensation of the Company's named executive officers as disclosed in the Company's proxy statement.
Finally, the Company's stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
