Regency Centers Sets Dividends on 2 Series of Preferreds

Grocery-store-anchored shopping center operator Regency Centersannounced this morning its second-quarter dividend on two series of preferred stock.

The board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41406 per share on the 6.625% Series 6 preferred shares, which trade on the NYSE under the symbol REGPrF, and a dividend of $0.3750 per share on the 6% Series 7 preferred shares, which trade on the NYSE under the symbol REGPrG. Both quarterly dividends are payable on June 30 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 18.

Regency Centers also pays a regular dividend payment that equates to a $1.85-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.6% based on the closing price of Regency's stock on June 6.
