Graco Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per common share, payable on August 7, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 22, 2013. The Company has approximately 61.5 million shares outstanding.
