CapitalSource Maintains Dividend

CapitalSource knows what to keep doing with the pennies it's accumulated. The company has again declared a regular dividend for its Q2 of $0.01 per share, to be paid on or about June 28 to shareholders of record as of June 17. That amount matches all of the lender's previous regular distributions stretching back to early 2009. Prior to that, CapitalSource paid $0.05 per share.

Last December, the firm also handed out a onetime special dividend of $0.50 per share.

The current regular dividend annualizes to $0.04 per share. That yields 0.4% at CapitalSource's most recent closing stock price of $9.41.
