Primoris Subsidiary Rockford Corporation Announces New Contract Work Valued at over $91 Million

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) ("Primoris" or "Company") today announced major new contract awards totaling $91.9 million. The pipeline work contracts were secured by Rockford Corporation, a Primoris subsidiary and part of the West Construction Services segment.

Rockford's new work includes five contracts for new pipeline construction in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Washington. These contracts complement and expand the ongoing Rockford operations in both the Marcellus region of Pennsylvania and the Pacific Northwest and are expected to be completed in 2013.

  • The largest contract consists of 50 miles of 12" steel pipeline for the transportation of NGLs that runs from Washington, PA to near Moundsville, WV. This work is scheduled to start in mid-June.

  • The second project, located near Clarksburg, WV, totals 19.7 miles and includes 7.6 miles of 20" steel pipeline and 12.1 miles of 24" HDPE pipeline for natural gas and water transportation. Work on this project started in May.

  • The final three projects include two natural gas gathering projects near Montrose, PA and one natural gas replacement project near Pullman, WA. All of these projects are also expected to start in mid June.
