Emergent BioSolutions to Participate in June and July 2013 Investor Conferences

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYS: EBS) announced today that a member of the company's senior management team will participate in the following investor conferences during June and July 2013:

  • Wells Fargo Securities Research & Economics 2013 Healthcare Conference
    Boston, MA
    June 18-19, 2013

  • Janney Capital Markets Boston Healthcare 1X1 Corporate Access Day
    Boston, MA
    June 27, 2013

  • 8thAnnual JMP Securities Healthcare Conference
    New York, NY
    July 9-10, 2013

For the Janney Capital Markets conference, the company will only be participating in one-on-one meetings. The format of the conference does not include formal presentations.


For the Wells Fargo and JMP conferences, the company will be webcasting its formal presentations which will encompass a corporate overview and may include a discussion of the company's recent business developments as well as its current financial results and financial guidance for the current year and latest quarterly period. The webcasts will be available both live and by replay, accessible from the Emergent website www.emergentbiosolutions.com under "Investors."
