Renewable energy specialist Covanta Holding announced today its second-quarter dividend of $0.165 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after it increased the payout 10% from $0.15 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 8 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 27. The renewable energy company began paying regular dividends in 2011 and has increased the payout twice since then. It paid a special dividend of $1.50 in July 2010.
