- Expands 888 and Williams Interactive Online Gaming Relationship -


WAUKEGAN, Ill. & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams Interactive LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. (NYS: WMS) , announced today that the Company's popular slot games are now accessible to the online bingo network powered by Dragonfish, the independent B2B arm of 888 Holdings plc (LSE:888), one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers. Initially, more than 20 games from Williams Interactive's growing library of hit WMS games will be rolled out on the Dragonfish bingo platform through the Company's remote game server and made available to the massive Dragonfish network of more than 60 bingo licensees. The Dragonfish bingo player community will have access to several of WMS' most popular Las Vegas-style casino slot entertainment games, including BRUCE LEE™, Kronos™, Super Jackpot Party™, Zeus™ and THE WIZARD OF OZ™ games. The initial launch of fan-favorite casino slot games will be expanded with additional exciting new games to be featured on a regular basis.

The amended agreement expands the B2B online relationship between Williams Interactive and 888 by providing access to the Williams Interactive online library of authentic WMS slot games for use on the various 888 gaming websites. Williams Interactive also markets and distributes 888's world-class online poker solutions to land-based casino operators in the United States, including a play-for-fun poker offering.

Branded web sites on the Dragonfish bingo platform enable their online players to enjoy a truly interactive experience and be part of an online community that shares common interests. More than 140 iGaming brands run on the Dragonfish bingo platform, including the award-winning foxybingo and winkbingo sites.
