Universal Health Realty Income Trust Lifts Dividend

Updated

Universal Health Realty Income Trust is building on the foundation of its shareholder payouts with a modest increase. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share, to be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record as of June 17. That amount is half a penny higher than the company's previous two disbursements of $0.62 apiece, the most recent of which was handed out in late March.

The cautious increase is typical for the company; it has a habit of boosting its distribution only incrementally.

The new dividend annualizes to $2.50 per share. That yields 5.7% at Universal REIT's most recent closing stock price of $43.54.
