JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sunset Brands, Inc., (SSBN: USOTC), a Nevada corporation, announces today that the Company finalized the acquisition of IVEST, LLC., a privately held diversified financial services company with an emphasis on investment banking with products ranging from wealth advisory services, commercial insurance, re-insurance/captive formation and management, commercial lending, private placement and IPOs, Succession Planning and other Business Intermediary Services.

IVEST president Adam Smith states, "The new relationship with Sunset Capital Assets will facilitate the creation of a regional investment banking entity focused on the Southeast US. It will allow us to market to an under served region outside of Atlanta in the southeast. Our vision based strategy is to not view any product or service in isolation, but as part of a full and long-lasting relationship with a client's financial needs.
