Kaman Maintains $0.16 Dividend
Aerospace parts manufacturer Kaman announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.16 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2011.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 18. The industrial parts maker has made quarterly cash payouts since 2005 and last raised the dividend in 2011 when it increased the payout 14% from $0.14 per share.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.64-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.9% based on the closing price of Kaman's stock on June 4.
