Douglas Emmett Keeps Dividend Steady at $0.18
Office and multifamily housing operator Douglas Emmett announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.18 per share, the same rate it's paid for the last two quarters after raising the payout 20% from $0.15 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The real estate investment trust has made quarterly cash payouts since 2006.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.72-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.8% based on the closing price of Douglas Emmett's stock on June 4.
