About ClickShare

The ClickShare "one-click" wireless meeting room presentation system improves collaboration to enhance productivity and decision-making in today's companies. Now enhanced with dual-display and audio functionality, Windows 8 compatibility, as well as iPad connectivity (with free app and software update), ClickShare is more user-friendly than ever to facilitate the BYOD trend.

A standard ClickShare set-up consists of four USB-powered devices (the 'ClickShare Buttons'), a storage basket to neatly store the buttons when they're not used (the 'ClickShare Tray') and a base unit. The base unit has a fixed connection to the meeting room's visualization system, and takes care of all the needed processing. Meeting participants who want to get their presentation on the large screen simply connect a Button to their PC or MAC. They start the application, click the ClickShare button and immediately their desktop is wirelessly transferred to the large visualization system. What's more, ClickShare does not interfere with a laptop's resolution, and automatically displays the screen content in the most optimal way.

The Barco ClickShare system was named the 2013 Gold Edison Award Winner on April 25 at the Edison Awards event at Navy Pier in Chicago. The Edison Awards, celebrating 26 years of honoring the best in innovation and excellence in the development of new products and services. This is one of several honors that Barco has achieved for ClickShare, which also include awards from inAVate, Sound & Video Contractor, Best of InfoComm 2012, and the 2012 China Radio and Television Equipment Industrial Association (CRTA) Innovation Award.
