Agree Realty Keeps Q2 Dividend at $0.41

Agree Realty this week declared a second-quarter distribution of $0.41 per share to be paid on July 9 to shareholders of record as of June 28.

That amount matches the firm's previous distribution, paid in April. Prior to that, Agree Realty handed out $0.40 per share.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.64 per share. That yields just over 5% at Agree Realty's most recent closing stock price of $32.59.
