Total System Services Keeps Dividend at a Dime
Paperless payments provider Total System Services announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past six quarters.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 1 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 20. Total Systems has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1989.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.7% based on the closing price of Total System Services' stock on June 3.
