Titan International Maintains Half-Penny Payout
Off-road equipment tire maker Titan International announced this morning its second-quarter dividend of $0.005 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2001.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28.
Titan has been in business for more than 100 years. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.02-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.1% based on the closing price of Titan International's stock on June 3.
