Limited Brands Names Cintas "Vendor of the Year" for Fire Protection Services
Cintas recognized for excellence in service, follow-up and support
CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cintas Corporation (NAS: CTAS) , a leader in fire protection services, today announced it has been named "Vendor of the Year" by the Store Planning team at Limited Brands, a Columbus, Ohio-based retailer with stores including Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Pink and Henri Bendel. Cintas provides fire extinguisher and panic door hardware inspection and repair in 2,600 Limited Brands stores nationwide through its DunnWell division.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) estimates that approximately 18,500 fires occur every year in stores and offices throughout the U.S. costing an average of $625 million in damage. Cintas' fire extinguisher inspection and repair service guarantees that equipment is always accessible, functioning, charged and ready for use. Its panic door hardware inspection ensures that emergency exits are always in working order in case of an emergency. Cintas also provides sprinkler, backflow and alarm services when requested. Cintas was awarded the contract last year through a competitive bid.
