COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYS: OFC) announced that its President and CEO, Roger A. Waesche, Jr., will provide an update on the Company and participate in a question and answer session at NAREIT's 2013 Investor Forum. The presentation will be held on June 6, 2013 at 10:15 a.m. Central Time at The Hilton Chicago in Chicago, IL.

A live audio webcast of the presentation and materials encompassing the information provided during the presentation and conference will be available in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website, www.copt.com. The replay will be available for 90 days after the presentation.


Company Information

COPT is an office REIT that focuses primarily on serving the specialized requirements of U.S. Government agencies and defense contractors, most of whom are engaged in defense information technology and national security-related activities. The Company generally acquires, develops, manages and leases office and data center properties concentrated in large office parks primarily located near knowledge-based government demand drivers and/or in targeted markets or submarkets in the Greater Washington, DC/Baltimore region. As of March 31, 2013, the Company's consolidated portfolio consisted of 210 office properties totaling 19.1million rentable square feet. COPT is an S&P MidCap 400 company.
