Baker Makes Transportation Vice President Appointments

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE MKT:BKR), announced today that it has promoted the following individuals to vice president positions. The appointments include:

Mark Alisesky, P.E. - vice president and office principal for Baker's Philadelphia, Pa., office, and cost center support for both the Philadelphia and Horsham, Pa., offices. In this role, Alisesky is responsible for all project administration activities, direct support of Baker's Rail & Transit Practice and pursuit of new business opportunities. He also provides resource management coordination with business line managers and executives. He is located in the Philadelphia, Pa., office.


Scott Armstrong, P.E. - vice president, Alternative Delivery Practice leader in Baker's Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions for both business development and operations. Armstrong is responsible for developing and negotiating teaming arrangements, strategic project pursuits and proposals, and project execution. He is located in the Columbia, S.C., office.

Greg Cerminara, P.E., P.T.O.E. - vice president and office principal for Baker's Pittsburgh Transportation Group. In this role, Cerminara is responsible for transportation operations, business development, and project execution in southwestern Pa., as well as actively involved in many surface transportation pursuits outside of the Pittsburgh Region. He is located in the Moon Township, Pa., office.

Juan Contreras, P.E. - vice president and statewide office principal for Baker's Texas transportation operations. In this role, Contreras provides oversight and operational responsibility for Baker's transportation business in the Arlington, Austin and San Antonio offices. He is located in the Arlington, Texas, office.

Tom Donatelli, P.E. - vice president and construction services business development. In this role, Donatelli is responsible for client and business development, primarily in western Pennsylvania, focused on Baker's extensive construction management/construction inspection expertise. He is located in the Moon Township, Pa., office.

Matt Natale, P.E. - vice president and manager of Baker's Pennsylvania Construction Services business. In this role, Natale provides project oversight and client/business development expertise. Additionally, he supports the overall strategy for Baker's Construction Services Practice in the firm's Central Region. He is located in the Harrisburg, Pa., office.

Anthony Pisano, P.E. - vice president and statewide office principal and operations manager for Baker's Arizona Transportation Market. In this role, Pisano provides oversight and operational responsibility for Baker's transportation business within Arizona as well as providing direction for the overall West Region including Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver, Colo., office locations. He is located in the Phoenix, Ariz., office.

Kenton Zinn, P.E., S.E. - vice president and statewide office principal and operations manager for Baker's transportation business in Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota. In this role, Zinn provides project oversight and support for business development and client relationships within Baker's Central Region. He is located in the Chicago, Ill., office.
