Kodak Expands Gold Reseller Network, Delivers Comprehensive Customer Service and Support

Great Western Ink now joins program to provide KODAK Solutions on the West Coast

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Graphic communications customers today need immediate access to products, service, and expertise. Kodak is expanding its Gold Reseller Network to more effectively meet those needs. The Gold Reseller Network is composed of highly trained and experienced channel partners who are committed to and aligned with Kodak's vision for the graphics business. Gold Resellers will carry Kodak's full portfolio of solutions and services for prepress and packaging customers in regions all across the United States and Canada.

"Our commitment to providing world-class solutions and meeting the individual needs of our customers is what drives us every day," said John O'Grady, Kodak's Managing Director, U.S. and Canada Region, and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. "The introduction of this new distribution network will give our customers access to the solutions they need from trusted, proven suppliers who understand their businesses and the nuances of the graphic communications market. We are designing this network to give us maximum coverage while complementing the existing Kodak infrastructure."

Kodak's Gold Reseller Network includes: Advantage Litho Supply; G.E. Richards Graphic Supply; Great Western Ink; Mueller Graphic Supply; The Oldham Group; S+A Scharfstein (SAS) Graphic Supply; Spicers Canada; and Spicers Paper, Inc.

The newest member of the Gold Reseller Network is Great Western Ink, based in Portland, Oregon. With offices in Oregon, Washington, and California, Great Western Ink has been providing ink solutions and printing supplies to clients since 1925. "Being named a Gold Reseller by Kodak is an important step for us and will improve the service we offer our clients," noted Keith Voigt, President, Great Western Ink. "KODAK Solutions play a key role in our extensive portfolio, and we know that our clients will benefit from this new, extended relationship. Together, Great Western Ink and Kodak will help professionals in the graphic arts market grow and succeed."

Gold Resellers help ensure that Kodak maintains more localized inventory, local distribution, enhanced sales coverage, and improved access for customers. Gold Resellers also develop important relationships with clients and are able to work with them to provide expanded services, such as financing and credit.

Earlier this year, Kodak also named Spicers Canada Limited as a Gold Reseller for commercial imaging solutions across Canada. The company expanded its product portfolio and reaffirmed its commitment to providing clients with cutting-edge solutions and expertise.

"Kodak has developed a solid roadmap that will allow us and our distribution partners to continue to be the best business partners and solution providers for our customers, helping them achieve their long-term business goals," added Kodak's O'Grady.
